Stretch Wrapping machine
A stretch wrap machine is an automated equipment that firmly wraps stretch film—linear low-density polyethylene (LLDPE)—around a load. The machine applies film under controlled tension, stretching it before wrapping to make tight, homogeneous layers around the load. Carton sealer machine
A carton sealer (also known as a case sealer or box sealing machine) is a packaging equipment that seals the top and/or bottom flaps of a packed cardboard box using adhesive tape (usually pressure-sensitive tape) or hot-melt glue. It is usually the final stage in a packaging line, after the box has been filled. Main functions include receiving filled cartons from upstream, automatically folding top flaps (optional in advanced models), applying sealing tape or glue to the top and/or bottom, and sending sealed boxes to the next phase.

Stretch Film
Mostly composed of Linear Low-Density Polyethylene (LLDPE), stretch film is a highly stretchable plastic film that balances strength, cost, and weight. Palletized goods are frequently wrapped in it to maintain their tight binding and unity throughout storage and transportation. Stretch film is an effective way to secure objects while providing protection from dust, moisture, and tampering because it can stretch up to three times its original length or more.The typical thickness used in industry is 23 microns.
Shrink Film
Shrink wrap, sometimes shrink film, is a material made consisting of polymer plastic film. It shrinks tightly over whatever it is covering when heat is applied. A handheld heat gun, either gas or electric, can be used to apply heat, or the product and film can be moved on a conveyor through a heat tunnel.
Dunnage Air Bag
The Dunnage container airbags from PT TNP are made to protect and stabilize cargo both longitudinal and lateral movement in trucks, ships, and containers. They offer a practical and affordable. Applying an airbag involves placing it in the gap created by a load, typically in between two loads. The airbag is then inflated with compressed air using an airbag inflator. The load is forced against the trailer's sidewalls by the airbag's pressure as it fills up, locking the weight in place.
Slip Sheet
Slipsheets are available in three materials: corrugated, fiberboard, and plastic. Corrugated slipsheets are made by sandwiching corrugated (fluted) material between a top and bottom liner. Fiberboard slipsheets are made of at least three plies of kraft liner board laminated together. The material used in corrugated and fiberboard slipsheets weakens when it gets wet. Fiberboard slipsheets are used most widely throughout industry.

Void fill is used as light protection. Top fill is for product that fill the bottom of the box and for product that don’t fill the box completely. Top fill is used as light protection. Wrapping is used for very fragile product that need the utmost protection during shipping. Cushion is for fragile product that need protection from every side. Cushion can be used for light to heavy fragile products.
